京都で日本文化体験！KYOTO CULTURE NETWORK

Kyoto Culture Network’s Japanese cooking class was held at Wings Kyoto. The participants from 7 countries made “Steamed rice with bamboo shoots”,“Pickled vegetables with sweet vinegar of the salmon”,“Soybean milk custard-like egg”,“Dress a peanut with greens”,“Beans paste in rice-cake wrapped in a cherry leaf”.Japanese cooking teacher Mrs. Arima choose great combination of recipes for the cooking class.We would like to thank you all for your participation. 京都カルチャーネットワークの国際交流の日本料理教室を開催いたしました。今回は有馬先生よりおいしくて栄養のバランスがとれたお料理を教えていただきました。留学生たちと京都市民の方には、“春”にちなんだお料理を一緒に作りながら、国際交流を楽しんでいただけたと思います!ご参加下さいました皆様、本当にありがとうございました！！
